The defendant failed to stop or yield, violating the client’s right of way and causing a two-car accident. The defendants argued that our client was speeding, and her injuries were not caused by the accident. As a result, the client sustained injuries to her shoulder, knee and back. The case settled for $1,150,000 for pain and suffering.
