Allen J. Rosner Esq

Partner

Allen J. Rosner is a natural born trial attorney who has fine-tuned his skills for over a decade in and out of the courtroom.  While attending St. John’s University Law School, he started a clerkship with a plaintiff’s personal injury firm.  It was then and there that he decided to dedicate his career to achieving justice for injury victims.

A passion for litigation, coupled with his interest in the medicine involved, propelled Allen towards the field of personal injury. Whether settling a case at mediation or taking a case through trial, he implements a hands-on and methodical approach that his clients understand and appreciate. “My clients must understand the process to make confident decisions – I am their voice, but this is their life” – that is Allen’s philosophy.  You can expect a constant stream of clear communication if Allen is handling the case for you or a loved one.

Allen went to Wantagh High School and studied accounting at the University of Rhode Island where he graduated summa cum laude. In college he took every legal class available, found a love for the study of law, and decided to alter the path of his career to become an attorney.  Allen was the Editor-in-Chief of the New York Litigator and graduated from St. John’s University School of Law cum laude in 2011.

A founding member of Rosner Russo Shahabian, he shares the passion with his partners and associates. Selected for Super Lawyers every single year from 2016-2022 and Trial Lawyers “Top 40 under 40”, he is respected by his peers and his adversaries. Insurance companies know that Allen, and the whole team at Rosner Russo Shahabian, do not settle for less.  We fight for what you are entitled to. Nearly a decade after becoming an attorney he continues to fight every day, from the beginning until the end of a case, to secure a great result for all of his clients.
