Yenmy Hernandez

jamie is a natural born trial attorney who has fine-tuned his skills for over a decade in and out of the courtroom. His first clerkship would set up the foundation for the rest of his career. While observing his first trial, it was in that moment that he knew he wanted to be a trial lawyer. The art of trial advocacy, coupled with his interest in medicine, propelled Allen towards the path of personal injury law and helping people. Whether settling a case or taking a case through trial, he implements a hands-on and methodical approach that his clients understand and appreciate.

Mr. Rosner studied accounting at the University of Rhode Island where he graduated summa cum laude. In college he took every legal class available and found a passion for the study of law and decided to pivot his career to become an attorney. At St. John’s University School of Law, he was Editor-in-Chief of the New York Litigator, and graduated cum laude.

A founding member of Rosner Russo Shahabian, he shares his passion with his partners and associates. Selected for Super Lawyers every year since 2016 and Trial Lawyers “Top 40 under 40”, he is respected by his peers and his adversaries. Insurance companies know that Mr. Rosner, and the whole team at Rosner Russo Shahabian, do not settle unless the numbers are fair and compensate their clients. Nearly a decade after becoming an attorney he continues to fight every day, until the end of a case, to secure a great result for all of his clients.
