Allen J. Rosner Esq.

Allen J. Rosner is a seasoned trial attorney who has honed his skills for over ten years, both inside and outside the courtroom. During his time at St. John’s University Law School, he began a clerkship with a plaintiff’s personal injury firm, which sparked his commitment to pursuing justice for injury victims.

With a strong passion for litigation and a keen interest in the medical aspects involved, Allen has dedicated his career to the field of personal injury law. He is known for his hands-on and systematic approach, whether negotiating settlements at mediations or advocating in court. Allen firmly believes in empowering his clients through clear and comprehensive communication, maintaining, “My clients must understand the process to make confident decisions – I am their voice, but this is their life.” Under his representation, clients can expect consistent and transparent communication, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in the handling of their cases.

Allen’s academic journey began at Wantagh High School, followed by a summa cum laude graduation in accounting from the University of Rhode Island. While in college, he pursued every legal course available, fostering a deep passion for law that ultimately led him to pivot his career path towards legal practice. As Editor-in-Chief of the New York Litigator, Allen graduated cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law in 2011.
