AssociateEvelyn F. Sohi, received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from
St. John’s University where she graduated summa cum laude in 2001. She
obtained her Juris Doctor in 2004 from Maurice A. Dean School of Law at
Hofstra University where she served as the Senior Editor of Articles &
Business Affairs for the Journal of International Business & Law.
Mrs. Sohi has been practicing law for 20 years and her practice focuses on
representing and tirelessly advocating for those who have been the
unfortunate victims of personal injury. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs.
Sohi was a partner at another reputable personal injury firm where she
successfully handled high exposure matters including vehicular accidents,
work accidents, premises liability, slip and fall, and other serious injury
matters. Mrs. Sohi, before returning to her calling as a Plaintiff’s
attorney, also previously defended insurance companies and their insured’s
in personal injury litigation, making her a highly knowledgeable and
formidable opponent. Mrs. Sohi is dedicated to fighting for her injured
clients in their greatest time of need and attaining the results they
deserve.
Mrs. Sohi is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, the United
States Federal Court, Eastern District of New York, and the United States
Federal Court, Southern District of New York. She is currently a member of
the Queens County Bar Association and a past member of the New York State
Trial Lawyers Association.
