Thomas S. Russo, Esq. has fought for the rights of accident victims and their families for over 20 years. Time and again, he has proven himself to be a take-charge, passionate litigator and trial attorney. As a seasoned lawyer, he has secured millions of dollars in trial verdicts, arbitration awards, and settlements for his clients. Mr. Russo prides himself on always going the extra mile for his clients – making certain that they receive maximum recoveries for their injuries. Over the decades, he has successfully represented persons injured due to: Construction Accidents; Police/Firefighter line of duty claims; Nursing Home Negligence; Wrongful Death; Car Accidents; Slips/Trips/Falls; and many other General Negligence matters.

Mr. Russo has been a Member of several Professional Societies, and he has often been called upon to speak as a Guest Lecturer and expert in the field of Personal Injury. Such organizations include the New York State Trial Lawyers’ Association, The Nassau County Bar Association, and The Suffolk County Bar Association; and the Uniformed Firefighters’ Association Union.

Mr. Russo has involved himself over the years in numerous organizations and philanthropic groups including: Knights of Columbus; Sons of Italy; Columbian Lawyers; Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce; Interchange Business Organization (IBO); Business Networking International (BNI); Guide Dog Foundation of Smithtown; Jack London Society; Sterling Men’s Group; and True North Community Church. He also hosts a weekly radio program, “Accidentally Yours”, on the Long Island News Radio station, 103.9 fm.
